Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and any required deposit. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in the catering contract. 2. Menu Selection and Final Details The client is responsible for providing final menu selections and any special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, allergies) by the date specified in the catering contract. A final guest count is required by the date specified in the catering contract. This number will be considered the guaranteed minimum for billing purposes. 3. Payment Terms The total cost of the catering services will be detailed in the catering contract. Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in the catering contract. Acceptable forms of payment are Credit Card, Zelle, PayPal or Cash. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in the catering contract. 4. Changes, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Any requests for changes to the menu, guest count, or event schedule must be submitted in writing to The World Squared and are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests to reschedule or cancel the event must be made in writing to The World Squared at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event start time. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, the client will be responsible for [State the financial responsibility, e.g., a percentage of the total cost, the full cost, or the deposit]. The client is responsible for providing access to the event location and ensuring that the setup area is suitable for catering services. The World Squared is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, unless otherwise specified in the catering contract. 6. Food Safety The World Squared adheres to all applicable food safety regulations. Leftover food, if any, will be handled in accordance with food safety guidelines. The World Squared is not responsible for the safety of any food taken from the event by the client or their guests. 7.
