I operate at the intersection of atmosphere and atmosphere—managing the delicate balance between a perfectly curated dining room or lobby and a bulletproof balance sheet. As the Front-of-House visionary, I specialize in the "feel" of a business: the service standards, the aesthetic details, and the high-level systems that transform a space into a destination. I don’t just manage the books; I orchestrate the entire guest journey with the precision of a seasoned General Manager.

Beside me is my partner: a Le Cordon Bleu-trained Executive Chef with twenty years of elite industry experience. She is the technical soul of the operation, providing the granular Back-of-House insight that only a master of the kitchen possesses. While I’m obsessing over the lighting and the phone etiquette, she’s the one who knows exactly how to fix the oven and keep the line moving.

She is bright, motivated, and—much to my feigned chagrin—infinitely more likable than I am. Together, we offer a total-property perspective. I provide the direction and the financial integrity; she provides the culinary heat and operational grit.
